Phase 1 of reopening – outdoor classes

Now that we are in phase 1 of reopening, and can hold outdoor classes, we will be reopening the dojo, holding classes on the newly paved back lot! Virtual classes have been fun, but it will be great to be back to training in person.

Starting tomorrow, May 26, the new class schedule will be as follows:

Tuesdays: Kids class 6:00, Adult class 7:00
Thursdays: Kids class 6:00, Adult class 7:00
Fridays: Kids class 6:00, Adult class 7:00
Saturdays: Black belt workout 10:00

The class schedule is weather permitting – If the weather is horrible for a day, I will send an email and let everyone know that class will be held on Zoom instead. I will also post the information on the Facebook group.

Since we will be training outside, please wear comfortable sneakers. The dojo will be open to use the restroom, but not for changing at this time, so please wear your Gi to the dojo. We will maintain social distancing, and be avoiding close contact drills for now. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.

I would like to send out a special thank you for the students and families who have supported us and continued virtual training to keep us afloat. You have no idea how much your support has meant to me. For those students who have not been training for the last couple of months, we hope to see you back in the dojo now, so we can keep the doors open. See everyone soon!
